When my wambamboo first arrived I just wanted to sit and cuddle it for hours – I’m even tempted to buy a spare booster just for something to cuddle! Bamboo nappies are soooo soft and silky. You put it in the wash expecting it to come out all hard and nasty, but no – it is still very very soft even when radiator dried. The wambamboo has a separate booster, which when folded gives you an extra 6 layers of absorbancy, which you can position in the nappy wherever YOU want to depending on your child’s needs. I used the birth to potty nippa version. The front is slimmer than many similar nappies, so it doesn’t look as bulky when folded down on a newborn. I have always been a bit dubious about “birth to potty” knowing that my children have large bottoms, but this nappy fitted both my 15 week old and my 3 year old, and was the slimmest fitting shaped nappy that I own. It has a high rise for tall children/those with sticky out bums, and is still wide enough to cover even my daughter’s J-Lo bottom. It also has incredibly long tabs so that it will fit chunky children as well as slimmer ones. It is bamboo, so has amazing absorbtion qualities, but that does mean that it takes a long time to dry – but it is worth it!!! At £8.25 for the btp nippa version, it is competitively priced with the leading brand bamboo nappy. I love my wambamboo and am in the process of buying a full set – especially as they also come in blue and pink!!! Shorter version: Silky soft, amazingly slim, and a REAL birth to potty nappy that fits my 3 year old as well as my newborn. At a competitive price with great absorbancy and containment – what more could you want from a nappy, apart from pretty colours…. Oh – they have those too!!!! |

i found the nappy INCREDIBLY soft - not like my terries that went through the same wash/line dry!!! i'm amazed its not gone crusty! thats great! after initial worries that the slim fit, and high cut might compromise the absorbancy - i was soon proven wrong - even though they are one of the neatest nappies we have tried, they held all that my daughter threw at them and lasted as long, if not longer than my usual terry nappies. even 'dad' has been choosing this nappy when its his turn to change as he loves the slim fit and the softness, and i have been dropping the link for the wambamboo website on other forums merrily as i go!!! happy to spread the word! so, now the decision is whether i buy more for my 14 month old, or buy them for my 'bump'!!!! decisions, decisions!!! |

after the pre wash, line dry, sitting around cuddlng it and getting some nippas cos the sz 2 velcro was waaaaaaaaaay to big for my dinky lady so i could use it as a btp instead i finally tryed it on katie the fit : it was very snug, very slim fitting almost to the point of thinking it was costom made for her i hade no problems with regards to the lables when using the nippa the only i can suggest is that the booster be made a bit bigger absorbtion: katie has been wareing the nappy for upto 4hrs at a time and i've had no leaks as yet as for the other end it holds up pritty well, but then katie is nearly 16 months today though we have been having a nasty one every few hrs ( back to the newborn days ) and it held so its a big thumbs up there washing & drying: had no problem with the washing as long as i remember to fold back the tabs , i only found that the booster srank i live in a very hard water area, usually after i line dry the nappie i find them crunchy and hard but not the wambamboo it remained nice and cuddly, i have also tumbledryed it with the same results i did find the drying time a bit longer than the rest but thats to be expected and i didnt mind i just took it out at the same time an aired it till it dryed i not too bother if there nippa'd or velcro'd i do find that velcro tends to be a bit harder than aplix and dosnt seem to last as long i love my nippas though as it mean you can have the perfect fit in all aspects if i had to choose between the two, i would have to say nippas as to weather i'd by them ... that would have to be a they are a truley amazing, soft and fluffy, slim fitting, absorbant nappy |

Loved the wambamboo that I trialled that I'm considering buying more (if not for this baby then definately for the next!). It's a lovely slimline nappy that is very absorbant and also washes and dries well. I liked this nappy so much I lent it to a friend so that she could try it too! I'd have no hesitation to recommend it to others! |

The wambamboo is a lovely, super-slim, super-absorbant nappy. It is a lovely fit, definitely a birth to potty, and can easily cope with breast-fed poo, and a heavy wetter. It hardly stains at all, and is fairly quick to dry compared to the leading brand of bamboo nappies. The detatched booster is lovely and thick, and when folded would probably last even the heaviest wetters a good 6 hours if need be!! They are very reasonably priced, I think they are a fantastic nappy, and have been recommending them to anybody wanting to try out bamboo. |

A lovely slim nappy and the most versatile nappy I own (and I own a few!), I will definitely be getting more of these if we have another child. I was dubious about the unattached booster but it's an excellent idea - I reckon this is a REAL birth to potty nappy. Many thanks, Maria |

As a new mum & new cloth nappy user I've been really impressed with my wambamboo. Although bamboo nappies do take a little longer to dry than terry it more than makes up for it by being so much more absorbant & slim fitting than the terry nappies I own. Although my son is only a couple of weeks old my terry nappies have already lost their softness & yet the wambamboo still feels as soft as it did when it first arrived & must feel lovely next to his skin in this hot weather, I'm sure I'll be adding more to my collection in the next few weeks |

love my wambamboo and will definalty be getting some more. The nappy is so absorbant and slim fitting it looks like the wrap is empty!! I was worried initially by the high cut of nappy but apart from a couple of slips with a too tight vest *blush* the bamboo has sucked up anything my darling little baby has thrown at it........and believe me that has been a lot!!! Softness wise it is fantastic. So soft despite being baked on the line in scorching and no crustiness to be found. All in all a fab nappy! Highly recommended. Eli Murton PS Stripy velour wraps!!!!! OMG woman are you trying to bankrupt me!!!!! how fab! |

– they have those too!!!!
and no crustiness to be found. All in all a fab nappy! Highly recommended.
