Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, if goods are not in stock we will notify you immediately.

 

Our products are guaranteed for 8 months from date of purchase, however we will require proof of purchase. Please note however that with material you must expect a certain degree of wear and tear this will never be avoided.

 

An accepted fault is one that will affect the overall performance of the product.

 

Accepted faulty goods will be replaced on receipt of faulty nappy and proof of purchase as long as the purchase is within 8 months.
